However, fast ahead four years and the unnamed mum is usually considering changing it totally after discovering you will see two other ladies in her course with the same name.
"Totally hacked off and really upset by this," the girl wrote. "Probably an overreaction however in the 1970's I was among 5 called the same in my own class and vowed to never possess my live with the same. Now background is being repeated," she continued.
"Am We unreasonable to improve my name before September?" the mother wrote. "I really like her name but HATE it's so common right now."
This is met with a flurry of criticism from other users, like the very alarmed: 'are you for real???'
"She actually is 4 years not 4 weeks and you will be so extremely confused if you modification her name today!!" one fellow Mumsnet consumer wrote. "I don't believe it's your decision, certainly it's up to your girl, it's her name right now, not really yours," added another.
Another wrote, "Ridiculous. Don’t give your child a complex concerning this."
To legally transformation your child's name, you just want the consent of everybody who has parental responsibility. Looks like Esmée could be going to school in September with an completely different name...
